Common questions about delivery and returns

How long does it usually take to get my cards?
In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3 weeks for pre-orders to be processed and shipped.

What are the shipping costs for orders?
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, tracked shipping for single cards is $8.50, and for bundles and boxes, it's $15. There's an additional $3 charge for rural delivery.

Can I return or exchange cards if I change my mind or if they arrive damaged?
Please choose wisely as there are no refunds or returns on opened products. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.

How are the cards protected during shipping?
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure no damage during transit. We use robust materials to keep your cards safe on their journey to your home.
